Anja Niemi’s series, “She Could Have Been a Cowboy,” hearkens back to wild west romanticism with a twist. Anja says about the work, “The story is not really about being a cowboy. It’s about wanting to be another.” 'She Could Have Been A Cowboy’ by Anja, is being exhibited this year at Steven Kasher Gallery New York, Photo London / The Little Black Gallery, and The Ravestijn Gallery Amsterdam.
