The Ghetto Tarot

15.03.2016

Photographer Alice Smeets asks the question, "What does it mean to live in the ghetto?" Working with the Haitian group Atis Rezistans, Alice challenges our notion of the ghetto. Her interpretation led to a truly inspiring work in the recreation of the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck.

Join Alice in this intriguing narrative through the diaspora of the ghetto, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti…
