It’s now easier than ever to enter a world-class photo contest; submit to the Red Bull Illume Best of Instagram by SanDisk category, just post your most gram-worthy adventure and action sports shots tagged with @redbullillume and #rbi19submission in the caption – it’s that simple!

Do it now, before this month’s submission period ends on Sunday, April 14th at noon (CET)!

Here’s how it works: of the eleven categories in Red Bull Illume, only one of them allows you to submit by posting directly to social media – Best of Instagram by SanDisk. It runs monthly, from February to June – there is still April (right now!), May, and June left to submit.

Each month has received thousands of submissions, and 25 are selected by the internal Red Bull Illume judging panel to enter the community vote! The monthly winning image each month is then selected by the public on redbullillume.com.

What kind of images are winning so far? Well, take a look – the February winner was Russian snowboard specialist Dasha Nosova with a shot of a freestyler airing it out over a lake in Folgefonna, Norway.

The March winner was French photographer Baptiste Fauchille, with a drone-shot image above a freestyle skate and BMX bowl in his native France.

Each monthly winner automatically qualifies as finalists of the Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2019 and will be invited to the Winner Award Ceremony, with the chance to become the category winner, and even the overall winner.

Of course, you’ll also want to enter the main contest, with ten other different categories awaiting your submission – the main contest begins May 1st, so stay tuned for further instruction on how to submit!

But don’t let April pass you by – take your chance and submit on Instagram now!
