Delivery
Orders ship from Austria. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs appear in your cart at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, local conditions and carrier.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and other additional charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
Returns
Unused, unworn items in their original condition, with all packaging, tags and accessories, may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Contact store@cooph.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Gift cards, tailor-made items, and worn, used or damaged products cannot be returned.
Tailor-Made Items
Made-to-order pieces may take longer to produce and deliver. As they are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
